How to do it/ How to work on two and more family trees simultaneously?
In case you already have a family tree created and you would like to create another one,
without making a new account, follow these steps:
- choose your oldest ancestor
- add to your oldest ancestor a father and write the word CONNECTION as the surname
- add another parent, this time a real person (a member) of your new family tree
- go back to the recently created person with the name CONNECTION and delete it (Need help? Check: How to delete a person from my family tree?)
By deleting this person you now halved your family tree on two parts. Now you will be able to find the person from your new family tree and switch to it through "find a person" (which is displayed on the top of our website). There is also a faster way: How to switch faster among the parts of a family tree?
